The controller
The editors of franceslotlottery.com, a hotel salon run independently, look after the modest personal data mentioned on this page; hello@franceslotlottery.com reaches them.
No accounts, no measurement
We run no sign-ups, mailing lists or member logins, and no analytics or audience-measurement software is installed. Every page opens for an anonymous reader.
Letters to the editors
Writing to us, whether straight from your mail app or via the contact form that prepares a draft there, means we see the message itself: typically a name, a reply address and whatever you chose to say. We use that material for nothing beyond replying.
What the host logs
Our hosting company may jot down connection data, such as the IP address, browser version, requested address and time of each request. Those jottings keep the service safe and working, lapse after a brief period, and are not mined to recognise anyone.
A note left in your browser
We park one small value there to recall your answer to the storage notice; details are in the Cookie Policy.
Lines we do not cross
- Pages carry no ad tags, social buttons or analytics code.
- Nobody is profiled, and no automated decision ever concerns you.
- We have never sold reader data and never will, nor do we lend or trade it.
Other parties involved
Google Fonts serves our lettering, so loading a page reveals your IP address to Google. Leave for a hotel's site by one of our links, and that hotel's own privacy terms take over.
Basis and retention
The lawful basis is legitimate interest in replying to correspondents. Letters remain in our inbox while a conversation continues, and a year after its final reply they are purged.
Rights you may hold
Your home jurisdiction may grant you a say over your information: a copy of it, a correction, a deletion, a pause on its use, an objection, or a grievance lodged with a supervisory body. A single message to our inbox sets any such request in motion, handled inside the statutory window.
Under-18s
franceslotlottery addresses adults only. Should we learn that a message came from someone under 18, it will be deleted.
Revisions
When our practices change, this page changes with them and the date above is updated.
